Claribel recently joined Lee's Manufacturing as Production Manager, overseeing all manufacturing, assembly, and operations planning activities. She is also responsible for leading her team in executing company quality assurance programs, analyzing the costof quality, on-time delivery reporting, and implementing continuous improvement programs.

Before coming on board at Lee's Mfg., Claribel served as Production Supervisor for Herff Jones, where she was in charge of in-line production and planning activities. Prior to this, she held multiple manufacturing jobs, each building on the skills and responsibilities of the previous one. A self-starter with a plan focused on gaining knowledge and experience, Claribel has made the completion of company training programs and online education classes a priority throughout her career.

Originally from the Dominican Republic, Claribel is a resident of Massachusetts, where she enjoys spending time with family and friends. She also loves to travel when she can, with Aruba being one of her top destinations.
