Carolina has devoted much of her professional life to the Lee’s Manufacturing team, first as a Sample Maker for nearly twenty-two years of training and artisanry and, more recently, in the role of Production Group Lead. Her years of experience working in professional styling, jewelry design, metalworking, and gemstone assembly come together in her unique products for our product development team and customers.

A lifelong learner, Carolina is dedicated to developing her professional skills and experience with a plan for increased responsibility and leadership. Her work mantra is "customer-satisfaction," with a keen eye for interpreting new design elements and tooling options for custom projects and new product collections.
