Before joining Lee's six years ago as Brand VP, and more recently, as Sr. VP of Sales, Betsy had a career in numerous sales and account service managerial roles in the jewelry industry. Over the years, her responsibilities have included domestic and international sales management, brand creation and market strategy, and new business development.
At Lee's, Betsy drives company growth through increased sales and brand recognition. She works closely with Lee's sales and product development teams to identify new business prospects, expand existing accounts, and develop sales and marketing strategies to boost sales.
"Every day presents an opportunity to expand my knowledge and skills," Betsy says. "The atmosphere is always engaging, and there is never a sense of stagnancy," she adds.
