Michelle is the Customer Service Lead for Lee's Manufacturing, supporting key sales accounts with order management, internal communications, and order tracking. She has worked in the jewelry industry for 20 years and has consistently focused on customer relations and inside sales.

"Lee's provides me with endless opportunities to learn new skills, whether working with systems, interacting with our customers, or collaborating with my teammates," remarked Michelle. "There is never a dull moment," she added.

Michelle lives with her husband and three children in West Warwick, Rhode Island. She loves the area and its proximity to beautiful Narragansett Bay. Camping, traveling, running, seasonal sports, and enjoying a glass of wine by the fire are some of our favorite activities.
