Brian joined Morvillo Precision Products in 2014 as the Vice President of Engineering. In 2020, he transitioned to the role of Vice President of Operations for the Lee's Manufacturing and Morvillo Precision Products group. His extensive industry experience in precious metals process manufacturing, engineering management, and project and operations management is an asset to both business units.

Before coming on board with the Lee's and Morvillo teams, Brian had worked for more than 20 years in various engineering and operations management positions with specific responsibilities in product and process development and precious metals inventory control.

"The relentless need to grow and be challenged gets me to work every day," Brian says. "I genuinely enjoy all aspects of the manufacturing process, but my greatest passion is helping others around me to learn and grow," he adds.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering. He resides in Greenville, Rhode Island, with his wife and two children. Brian enjoys skiing, golfing, and spending time with family and friends in his free time.
