What are your minimum order quantities?

Our minimum orders are 100 pieces per style.

What materials are your products available in?

We work with a variety of precious metals including, but not limited to 10Kt, 14Kt, 18Kt, Sterling Silver, and Gold Filled.  Please inquire with Customer Service for more details.

Can I sample items of interest?

Yes. We are happy to send samples of 6-12pcs.  Our average lead time for new samples can be up to 2 weeks.  Please note that sample orders are not returnable and are billed at a slightly higher cost.

Can I make changes to any of the items shown in your catalog?

Yes. Being a self-sufficient manufacturer allows us the freedom to make changes to any of our existing styles.

Can I order items complete with stones set?

Yes. You can order individual components to manipulate yourself or we can provide the item complete with stones set.  You can also provide your stones and utilize our in house stone setting services.

Do you offer Plating Services?

Yes. We provide Yellow Gold, Rose Gold, Rhodium, Imitation Rhodium, Fine Silver, Palladium, and Platinum Plating.

Do you provide fulfillment services?

Yes. We offer stone setting, plating, and packaging services including tagging, UPC labeling, boxing, and poly bagging. 

What is your average lead time for delivery?

Any item that is presently in stock will be shipped within 5 business days.  If an item is not in stock, it will be shipped within 15 business days from the order date.  Please note that additional time is required for stone setting, plating, and packaging.

What are your payment terms and do you accept credit cards?

After establishing an open account, our payment terms are net 30 days.  Our application for an open account requires 3 domestic credit references.   We also accept Visa and MasterCard as a form of payment.  A 3% surcharge will be added to the invoice for this convenience.

Are your products and precious metals compliant?

We observe and comply with all applicable laws and regulations within the US and country of Exportation.  We comply with California's Metal- Containing Jewelry Law. We support the Dodd Frank Act.
