- Minimum orders are 100pcs per style in Sterling Silver, 10k and 14k gold.

- All items shown are available in 10k & 14k gold.
- A majority is is also available in Sterling Silver and Gold-Filled

Q. Can I sample items of interest ? A.

Yes. We are happy to send samples of 6-12pcs of any item that we have in stock.

These samples take approximatey 5 business days to ship.

Any samples of items that are not in stock will take up to 10 business days to ship.

Please note that sample orders are not returnable and are billed at a slightly higher cost |
Q. Can we make changes to any of the items shown in your catalog? A.

Yes. Being a self-sufficient manufacturer allows us the freedom to make changes to any of our existing styles.

For example, if an item is presently shown as an earring, a jumpring and/or bail can be added to create a matching pendant. |
Q. Can I order items complete with stones set? A.
- Yes. You can order individual components to manipulate yourself or we can provide the item complete with stones set.

Q. What are your terms and do you accept credit cards?? A.

Our terms are net 30days after you establish an open account by providing three domestic credit references.

We also accept Visa and Mastercard as forms of payment. There will be a 3% surcharge added to the invoice. |
Q. Who do we sell to? A.
- We sell exclusively to manufacturers, distributors and wholesalers only.

Q. How can I add my company to your monthly broadcast email of newly featured products? A.
- Once you enter your company information on our client page, you are automatically added to our monthly email updates.

Q. What is your lead delivery time? A.
- Any item that is presently in stock will be shipped within five business days.
- If an item is not in stock, it will be shipped in approximately 15 business days from the order date.
- Additional time is required for stone setting or plating.
